Moon Thai & Japanese was established on August 3rd, 2000, in Coral Gables, FL by lifetime chef and restaurant owner Jack Punma. Since then, the restaurant has expanded to include three additional locations: Kendall, Coral Springs, and Weston, FL. This place is doing it right. Unique offering to the area and knocking it out of the park. We’ve dined here twice, once with table service and once at the bar, good service both times. The bartender is incredible, she’s a magician at work. They’ve put a lot of money into the appointments and furnishings inside, it’s gorgeous really. Inviting patio with good mix of tables and cushioned lounge seats creates a relaxed vibe.
